Hi there,

The easiest way to send emails through your form is with the web API call.

When somebody fills in the form, and clicks on send, you will get the data from the form, add is as content to the email, and then send it to your email address. Of course all this needs to be done programmatically.

In case you need further assistance regarding this matter, please feel free to contact the SendGrid Support Team at any time.
We all wish you a great day!

    Hi there,

I am deeply sorry to inform you, but we do not have exact steps on how you can implement our Web API calls in your app. It depends on how you want to integrate, what kind of frameworks you use, what programming languages you use, how your processes work in your app, etc.

We can show you how to use it (code examples), how they work (APIv2 overview snd usage) and APIv3 overview), and to troubleshoot error messages that they might throw out. You will need a programmer that can help you integrate this in your application. I am afraid that our support limits itself to the boundaries that are under our power and scope.

Please let me know if I can offer you more details regarding this matter. Thank you!

    A further reply from SendGrid:

    Hi there,

Sorry for the misspelling there. It should have been an *it.

The API call that can send an email can be found here: https://sendgrid.com/docs/API_Reference/Web_API/mail.html

We do have a few libraries that can be integrated in your code to easily send out emails: https://sendgrid.com/docs/Integrate/Code_Examples/index.html

The process through which you get the data your client filled in that form, and put it as a value in the HTML or TEXT parameter of that API call is part of your responsibility. We cannot offer you a solution there, because fully developing your application is out of our scope. If you need help with the development and implementation of your app, you can reach out to one of our partners: IntelligentBee or Matchist.
