I already closed my account 2 months ago and the problem become again and again

I closed my account at November and a lot of unknown payments was charged by DigitalOcean.
No any feedback i Had for my requests. no any refunds or other informations and comments.

Two months no any charges I had and I means the DigitalOcean already satisfied and funded at all.
But some days ago I was charged again without any comments, emails, confirmations or requests. No anything, only charge onto my bank account.
My idea: the smart way to prevent the same actions need to be create.
