My account has been compromised...

My account has been compromised... First, I noticed that my blog site is now something else, then when I tried to SSH into the server to take a look, I could no longer log in... Then when I tried to log in to the DigitalOcean page, my credentials didn't work there either.
The forgot password option would not work because the person at our company whom opened the account has quit over a year ago, and the email address is no longer active... can we verify account via stored credit card information? Otherwise, we can somehow prove that we do own the domain that is associated with the site that is being hosted on the particular account.
