DigitalOcean VS RAMNODE - the later wins

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1HB5NfVumYIHFwoUlAsYu6Vc09pYZ_o4fmOhxl21w-mo/edit#gid=0

RAMNODE gives you:
OpenVZ
Windows Server 2008 R2
SEMI-SSD option
Allows any torrents (upto 20 MBPS throttle only)
Multi-core CPU at cheaper rates (why write threaded application if there is going to be just a single core)
More RAM at cheaper rates

The only disadvantage of RAMNODE(in context of low end servers) :
Not enough global penetration
No hourly billing

TECHNICALLY ramnode is a better product and socially DigitalOcean is a better product.

So don't give your management bonuses this year, hire intelligent technical people (C/C++ coders) implement a hyper converged infrastructure which RAMNODE probably has.
