FreeBSD Root on ZFS compatible with beadm

BEADM(1) is widely adopted ZFS architecture/tool that is used to setup and interact with Boot Environments (BE). BE's allow the system to be upgraded, while preserving the old system environment in a separate ZFS dataset. FreeBSD 11.x installer creates this layout by default using the installer and the boot manager has support for BE's.

Your existing 11.x images use root on ZFS but not in a layout compatible with sysutils/beadm and converting your layout is non-trival.
