Access denied

Help i keep getting access denied when i use my root password and ive tried almost everything in my power to remove this message

    Hi, The best way to get help is to open a support ticket directly in the control panel. Our support team is available to help 24/7. https://cloud.digitalocean.com/support/tickets/new If you simply want to reset the root passowrd for your Droplet, you can also do that right in the control panel by navigating to the "Access" tab for your Droplet.
