Is anyone else having issues with the default bashrc files for Ubuntu?

I noticed what I think is an error in the .bashrc files for Ubunut 14.04 and 16.04 (it may be there for others, these happen to be the two I use). When I start up the droplet there has never been a color prompt. After I created a Ghost droplet and it *did*, I decided to investigate since Ghost uses the 16.04 image and it seemed odd they wouldn't have the same .bashrc. On the "regular" 16.04 and 14.04 images the .bashrc has the following lines:

```
case "$TERM" in
xterm-color) color_prompt=yes;;
esac
```

When I run `echo $TERM` it actually returns `xterm-256color`. So it would never match and thus never make the color prompt. Since I was curious, I headed back over to my Ghost droplet and noticed the same $TERM, but the lines in the .bashrc were correct:

```
case "$TERM" in
xterm-color|*-256color) color_prompt=yes;;
esac
```
