Please cancel my account

I just to make sure if my account is canceled by following your procedure. I don't receive any email after deactivating my account and can't log in as well. Please advise.

    Hi, I can confirm that we have no active accounts with your email address. If you select the option to purge your data, we do not retain your email address. So we would be unable to email you.
