WTF, i can accept being an idiot if it is so.
But your lack of directions, explanations and notes is a serious problem. I created 2 droplets and tried 2 VNC viewers and 3 browsers.
Neither of them would connect to either droplets.

    VNC is complicated. this is blinking in small slide panel for few seconds .. so difficult.

    The VNC connections are not on all the time. When you access your Droplet via the browser the port forwarding is enabled and the VNC information is passed through via WebSockets which then you can connect to via the HTML5 in browser viewer.

    There may be a 1-2 second delay between you accessing the Droplet page and the port mapping being completed, so if the first attempt to connect fails, just reopen the window and try again and it should connect.
