I have been working with your support for 5 days now trying to log in to my server. It's used up a whole five days of service for my droplet.
We are still dealing with the issues from Hurricane Sandy, our Datacenter had no issues but unfortunately all of our engineers were personally impacted with loss of power, hot water, and so forth. Two of our engineers are in Zone A which was hit the hardest, and our office in Soho is still out of power with earliest estimates saying that power will be restored on Sunday.
As a result there is some delay in ticket responses as we've had to make temporary accommodations with power and connectivity to respond primarily to service inquiries.
Your support is bad, you should feel bad.
