Slicehost has a help chatroom where you can quickly chat with technicians for answers to questions. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and better than waiting for help tickets.

Using digitalocean hosting servers is a BIGGEST CHALLENGE for many users. No body is available to know information about their services and other things. I am trying to contact them from past 6 months, but still no body contacted me, writing many emails, wonder, i thought that these people does not have any support center services and staff. otherwise any company is very recheable to their customers.
