Add search to your documentation system

Navigating through your documentation and forum seems to be very limited with regard to searching for topics. Unless I'm not seeing something, all a person can do is browse the forum by tag, or scan through a large list of topics on the documentation page. I'm sure you'd save yourselves a LOT of helpdesk tickets by simply giving people the ability to search for information on the topic they're having an issue with.

We've added search to the community articles:

    https://www.digitalocean.com/community

In the mean time I'm searching with Google. For example, suppose I want to search for the word "swap". I type "swap site:https://www.digitalocean.com" on Google page.

In fact, I think it would be pretty easy and powerful to have a search box using Google.

    Hey James,

We're in the process of adding search to the community and also auto-search on new tickets to see if our community articles or forums may have already answered the question being asked.

Great suggestion and it's in the works.

    Thanks
