Really arrange better support

It's frustrating to wait for hours when something is wrong or not working on your part.

    We're adding more staff and that takes time as we need to interview candidates to make sure they fit well.

    Sometimes there are days when the support load is high and that may add a delay to when your request is responded to but we're on top of this issue and definitely working on improving it.
