Inline documentation in Control Panel

I'm not a mind reader - it would be nice to provide some written context (and/or more details links) throughout the CP.

The 'SSH Keys' page, for example: http://cl.ly/image/3922063Q2j1F . Backups/snapshots is another fine candidate, particularly WRT billing implications.

Additionally perhaps a link to https://www.digitalocean.com/community as I've only seen this eluded to in your welcome email, and in the absence of absolutely any useful info within the CP this has been a boon for backup/snapshot info etc.

    We've built out a brand new help system which is now available on all pages inside of the control panel in the top right corner. This will surface the most common questions as well as provide a search through our knowledge base which has a ton of great info. We hope this makes the experience much better. In the future we'll also be working on integrating more of the communities functionality and content into the control panel as well. Thanks!
