Make tickets open their own page

It would be great if tickets opened in their own page, or in a popup box. It is hard to keep track of what is happening, especially with multiple open tickets, and I missed some replies because there was just kind of a jumble of boxes everywhere.

The slide works great for simply reply tickets, but longer ones become a pain. Maybe a button to open in a new window or something?

    For tickets page;

    I could be redirect to https://cloud.digitalocean.com/support/317086 as a detail page. That link you gave is listing all tickets and opening one on the same page which seems mess.

    Also, on ticket detail page:

    - Reply form could be top of the conversation, cos disconnecting last message while replying.

    That's a good suggestion we'll implement something along the lines that you requested.

    In the meantime the dirty work around is that you can access the individual ticket by going to:
