Implement a clean shut down rather than risk data corruption

There are situations where you are unable to login via SSH or emergency console but you still want to power off the droplet. Right now, the only way to do so is by powering off the droplet by force which leads to data corruption.

Please implement what virtually every other provider usually provides, a clean shutdown that sends a signal to the virtual machine.

I don't think your server would react to a shutdown signal if it neither reacts to the virtual console nor the SSH server.
