Need help enabling my promo

I was given a promo code but I don't know where to enter it.

    We've made the promo section prominent on the billing page and if you are still having an issue please open a support ticket and they can process it for you if you haven't already applied a promo code to your account. Thanks!

    You have to add a credit card to your payment methods. I had a promo code for $10 credit and I entered that on the credit card form (it's the last field). Once the card was accepted, I got a notification that I received $10 of credit. I started a droplet and I still haven't been charged yet; it's simply using the credit first.

    Not the most obvious, user-friendly system... but it's working great.

    Update from support: Unfortunately due to a massive influx of fraudulent activity over the last week we have temporarily disabled promotion codes. Our team is working to deal with backlog of abusive accounts at this time. Please re-submit your request in one week and we can manually process your credit at that time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

    Contact support through the control panel and they will assist.

    Me too. At this moment, I feel cheated to have paid $5 just to find out that I can't enter my promo code anywhere.
