Faster support when it comes to urgent issues

I've noticed that your support is not fast enough when it comes to urgent issues (hacking attacks, urgent access problems etc) it took way to long to get a response from you. I had to go to your facebook account to get in touch with you. There they were fast.

You should have an option to create an URGENT ticket that gets priority for urgent cases.
