support ECDSA keys for SSH

Please support ECDSA keys for SSH. It's been around now that it has been proven safe and reliable. It's technically faster, smaller in footprint, and more secure than RSA and DSA. For more see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elliptic_Curve_DSA. Adding support is extremely easy, I have even personally added it to the Gitlab project.

If you create a CoreOS droplet at the moment with an ECDSA key, the provisioning process fails and the interfaces aren't set up properly, leaving the droplet with no internet access.

ECDSA keys seem to work on Ubuntu, so the inconsistency is frustrating (and the failure mode very hard to diagnose!).
