Actually HELP your customers to connect to their droplets OUTSIDE of your console app. Your instructions for doing so do NOT work.
I have tried many different droplet images and tried to access them from many different networks, using several different VNC clients but have been 100% unsuccessful. Your support tickets are a joke as your techs offer NO real help.
