I have no support getting back to me, my droplet is absolutely unresponsive even after several reboots.

I had to write here, since I got no reaction to my ticket.

    In the future you can also send an email to support@digitalocean.com though it's odd you haven't received a response as we try to respond to all tickets within 10 minutes. Thanks!
