Actually have support that does something.

My backups are not taking place. It is 12 days now on my producation server. I have posted to the support site three times. Got an answer saying they would talk to operations 10 days ago. Not one response since. Will be moving all of my stuff to AWS.

    Hi, Our support staff identified a bug related to backups in certain datacenters and escalated the issue to our engineering team. I can assure you that they have been working on the issue, and that a fix should be available shortly. An update will be posted to the support ticket detailing the problem and solution. You're absolutely correct that we should have been providing timely updates. There was a failure to clearly communicate the issue and the ETA for its resolution. This is a problem we take seriously, and we will be putting processes into place to prevent this in the future. Thank you for the feedback.
