Add mirrors to sources list ubuntu

Because an Ubuntu server can be installed in a droplet on several locations, add the mirrors to /etc/apt/sources.list to automatically select the closest mirrors. This should reduce traffic between NL and US.

deb mirror://mirrors.ubuntu.com/mirrors.txt precise main restricted universe multiverse
deb mirror://mirrors.ubuntu.com/mirrors.txt precise-updates main restricted universe multiverse
deb mirror://mirrors.ubuntu.com/mirrors.txt precise-backports main restricted universe multiverse
deb mirror://mirrors.ubuntu.com/mirrors.txt precise-security main restricted universe multiverse

Hi, We actually provide mirrors of our own at: http://mirrors.digitalocean.com/ That url redirects to a mirror located in the data center where your droplet is hosted. All recent Ubuntu droplets should have this in their /etc/apt/sources.list
