Its very bad that you locks someone account without any proper reason

You should not block someones account and then never unlock it this is second time it has happened to me.
I added my bank details and as soon as clicked on create a droplet it says you account has been locked..
This is really bad experience, I am not happy

    Hi, I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Due to a recent uptick in accounts created for abusive purposes, we have had to implement a number of automated checks when a new account is created. It sounds like you have set off one of those checks. Please take the time to answer the account verification questions that the support team asked of you in the ticket that was opened. In the control panel, visit: https://cloud.digitalocean.com/support In general, contacting the support team is the quickest way to get help. The team is on 24/7, and will be able to clear this up for you. Again, sorry for the inconvenience.
