Display the 'Affected Droplet' in Support Tickets

When a Support Ticket is created, there is the option to select the 'Affected Droplet'. However, once the ticket has been created it does not show what option was selected. Unless the droplet concerned was explicitly mentioned in the body of ticket, there is no way to relate the ticket to a specific droplet.

The support ticket should show (ideally in the ticket overview view), the 'Affected droplet' option that was selected when creating the ticket.

    Agreed.

    Curious why this has been in the "Gathering Feedback" stage for 9 months when it's a clear oversight in the design of the ticket system?

    13 votes from the community is meaningless. Will it be another 9 months before this bug is fixed?

    It would be very useful to have this feature. When you have a significant number of droplets and creating a ticket that refers only to one of them, there is no way to find out the affected droplet on the ticket list
