Make it a bit more clear that even powered off droplets still count towards running costs.

I understand the technical reasoning as to why you would charge for droplets that are turned off but I didn't know this without traversing 3 pages deep into the help section. I was going to call and complain that not only did I lose my $10 LAS credit but that I was charged $3. Granted, $3 isn't a lot and it clearly states in the FAQs that I would be charged but (knowing that know) I feel a little butt-hurt that I lost a good amount of "free" testing time.

    You have to remember it costs them to store your droplet data.

    And now I'm getting charged another $0.97 for this month! I think I will take my business elsewhere!
