You could be much clearer about when billing begins / ends / fees / etc, if you included multiple examples covering what would happen under various circumstances (I got the $5 plan and used up my bandwidth in 2 days, now what?) kind of things.
Im surprised this isnt in your FAQ : "What happend if I get DDOSed, am I just out the bandwidth?"
