Rate each support ticket

Maybe a 1 to 5 star rating on each ticket or tech support person. That way as digital ocean grows, you will know who your tech support super stars are.

    Thanks for the feedback! We have recently implemented a method to rate each support ticket either positive or negative. In the future we may re-evaluate using a 1-5 scale or some other method.
