I can't create Droplet

I create account on DigitalOcean and receive an email notifies that my account is now active. However when I create droplet, there is nothing other than filling the boring form.

I also can't pass Google Authentication in TFA, it always shows the PIN is invalid although I type the exact code from my app.

So disappointed!
