Make sure account is verified before email is sent.

I keep getting emails saying that my account is active, but it's still locked while my identity is being verified. I shouldn't get the email until the process is complete.

    Hi, This sounds like a bug. Please submit a support ticket through the control panel if you believe you're being locked out of the control panel in error.
