Make interface for specifying SSH key in new droplet creation fool proof

It is not at all obvious that you must click on the grayed out e-mail address to use SSH key authentication rather then password authentication. Users that have set up an SSH key in their account settings may expect droplet creation to automatically use it and will be mystified when they are prompted for a password when log in as root.

One solution may be to require the user to explicitly select either SSH key or password authentication and then give an error message if neither type of authentication is selected.
