Extend referral program to partner customers

Existing referral is clear and aims at inviting new DO customers.
There is another way to add customers with partners who implement added value applications based on DO services. For example allows customers to obtain application software server based on DO droplet.
In case case DO obtains new customer indirectly with payments provided directly from the partner who resells droplets with installed own applications. Logically it is the same as referral and the difference is only in the credit recipient.
If implemented it would allow us as your partners decrease service fees for our applications and facilitate joint business development

    Developer could create droplet and sell droplet at xxx$'s a month to client. As long as client kept paying for droplet - we as the developer would receive the difference. If digital ocean charges me $10 on a virtual server monthly but I have the client set @ 50 a month - we as developer just made $40.
