Improve your onbaording system

I followed a referral link to your site and was immediately asked to give you a credit card number. I was not given the option to review any price plans or anything. I had to open a new browser window to do some research. After I decided that your service met my needs, I followed your sign up procedure. I have no Twitter account and do not want one, but made one anyway. I jumped through all your hoops and am now waiting, waiting, waiting for you to verify me. This is worst onboarding experience Ive ever had. Im beginning to regret signing up already....
