Allow Two-Factor authentication with just my phone number.

Since my email for my account is not a gmail account, I can not use the Google Authenticator.

    We've made this change and announced it as part of an update to 2FA today. Changes include the ability to have downloadable codes as a backup method and choose between SMS or an authenticator app for your primary.     For people:

    - who don't have a (recent) Android/iOS smartphone (like me)
    - who don't have a Gmail address (I've read in other threads that it is required)
