Droplets are down for over 20 hours and no action on ticket.
I have no problems with Digital Ocean's support. They have been very prompt and fast to respond (even faster than Google Suite and Google Cloud support).
The tone of action when talking to support also matters a lot. If you are that one guy that "shouts" and are very negative in the support chat, chances are you will be down-prioritized by any support.
On a second note, Droplets are VPS's, It's up to you to configure them right, and if you do it wrong enough, just like any other computer, It won't start. If the issue is on your end, I would recommend you rebuild it or start up a new Droplet and do the same on it to troubleshoot where the problem might be.
